My version of Banana bread. It is new flavor and texture with walnuts and poppy seeds.

Banana Bread

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs,
• 1/2 cup of sugar (100 g),
• 1/2 cup of butter (50 g),
• 2 dark frozen banana (300 g),
• half teaspoon of salt,
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
• 1 teaspoon of backing soda,
• 1/4 cup of milk (60 ml),
• 2 cups of flour (270 g / 10 oz.),
• 1/2 cup of walnuts (50 g / 2oz),
• 2 tablespoon of poppy seeds (50 g / 2 oz)

Directions:

In the 2L bowl
1. Add 4 eggs, ½ cup of sugar, half cup of melted butter, 2 unfreeze peeled blended bananas, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of backing soda, half teaspoon of salt, 1/4 cup of milk and whip it well.
2. Add half cup of nuts, two tablespoon of puppy seeds and 2 cup of flour and mix it with tablespoon.
3. Pour mixture in the container greased with butter.
4. Preheat oven to 190°C (380 F°)
5. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes
