Beetroot Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 beetroot (250 g)
• 1 pinch of salt
• Onion regular (10 g)
• 1.5 tbsp. of 1/2 mayonnaise as dressing (45 g)

Directions:

1. Boil beetroot until tender (could be up to 2 hours, use a folk to check).
2. Peeled and julienne (slice) beetroot. I have slicer to make it with size 1.5x1.5 mm
3. Slice onion as thin as you can
4. Add onion and mayonnaise
5. Mix well.
