Another easy recipe with available ingredients. Good matching with everything with garlic flavor.

To have the best result slice carrot thinly ( like 1.5 mm x 1.5 mm)

Carrot Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 big carrot (250 g)
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1.5 tbsp. of light mayonnaise as dressing (45 g)
• 2-3 cloves of garlic

Directions:

1. Peeled and julienne (slice) carrot. I have slicer to make it with size 1.5x1.5 mm
2. Add pressed garlic
3. Add mayonnaise
4. Mix well
