Cheese Cake from Viktor (Sirnaya Paskha)
Ingredients:
• 2.5 Lbs. of cottage cheese, soft (1 kg / 2.5 Lbs.)
• ½ cup of sugar (100 g / 3.5 oz.)
• ½ cup of butter, soft (60 g / 2 oz.)
• 6 eggs
• 5 tbsp. of semolina (creamy wheat)
• ½ tsp. of salt to test
• 1 tbsp. of vanilla extracts (15 ml / 0.5 fl oz.)
• 1 cup of raisins
Directions:
In the 4 L bowl
1. Add 2.5 Lbs. of cottage cheese
2. Separate whites from the yolk and add the yolk to the cheese
3. Mix well
4. Add 1 ½ cup of sugar
5. Add ½ cup of soft butter (option, skip it if you need fewer calories)
6. Add 5 tbsp. of semolina (creamy wheat)
7. Add 1 tbsp. of vanilla extracts
8. Add 1 cup of raisins
9. Mix well
10. White whips well and adds to the mixture
11. Pour mixture into the baking container
12. Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F
13. Bake it for 40 - 50 minutes
