This is a simple like should be the real tasty food. It is very good for storage, but fast disappearing with hard controlled family members. 😉

Ingredients:

You need
1. 1 smile
2. baking sheet
3. 3 L bowl
Ingredients for about 800-900g of cookies (40 cookies):
• 100 g unsalted butter, soft.
• ¾ cup sugar / 150 g
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• ½ tsp. salt
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup sour cream / 120 g
• 3 cup wheat flour, all-purpose, sifted / 400 g
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tbsp. poppy seed (option)

Directions:

1. In the 3 L bowl add 100 g of soft unsalted butter, ¾ cup of sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and ½ tsp. salt mix well with fork
2. Add 2 eggs and mix
3. Add ½ cup of sour cream and mix
4. Add 3 cup of sifted wheat flour,
5. Add 2 tsp. of baking powder
_. Add 1 tbsp of poppy seed (option)
6. Make soft dough
7. Place dough into refrigerator for 30 minutes (or overnight)
8. Preheat the oven to 360°F / 180°C
9. Cut the dough into half (½ of dough is about 20 cookies for one bake sheet)
10. Flat dough for 0.5-1 cm thickness and form cookies with cookie cutter ( if you like more crunchy, make it thinner)
11. Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes
12. Bake the second portion or you can keep the dough in a refrigerator and bake for the next days.
And that’s it. Enjoy soft delicious. Keep it in the container with lead (At list try to save and keep.)
