3. Add ½ tbsp. poppy seeds
4. Add 2 tbsp. of sour cream
5. Add 2 tsp. of sugar
6. Add 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
7. Add ½ tsp. of salt (if cottage cheese unsalted)
8. Knead dough
9. Form small balls and flatten it
10. Fry till browning with vegetable oil 5-7 min for each side with low-medium heat
11. Place on a paper towel to drain extra oil
Notes
Serve with sour cream or any fruit jam.
It is also really good taste with raisin. Only when you add raisin to the dough, do not live it visible. Hide it inside. Raisin burn fast when you fry the pancake.
