This Soup is very light and has low calories. Light taste and easy to cook keep this dish as a favour soup for my family, when it is time to watch for the weight. And we love this tasty helper.

Light Vegetable Soup (Low Calories)

Ingredients:

• 2 potatoes, Russet, peeled, cubes 180 g /
• 1 Carrot, peeled, chopped 100 g /
• 1 head of onion, peeled, chopped 120 g /
• ½ of the head of cabbage, white, sliced 350 g /
• ½ cup of frozen peas 150 g /
• 2 bay leaves
• Salt and black pepper to test
• 1 tbsp. of sour cream per serve

Directions:

For 3 L pot
1. Add 2 L of water to the 3 L pot
2. Add potatoes
3. Add carrot
4. Add onion
5. Cook it before potatoes tendered (20-25 min.)
6. Add cabbage
7. Cook before cabbage tendered (10-15 min.)
8. Add peas
9. Add salt and black pepper
10. Add bay leaves
11. Slowly cook it for 10 min.
12. Serve with sour cream
