It is very simple and testy appetizer from most available mushrooms. You can modify spices and always can have something to surprise your family and friends. Also remember during marinade mushrooms will reduce their size for 25-30%.

p.s. also possible to add to the marinade the soy souse after overnight (into the jar)

Marinade mushrooms champignons (from my mother in low)

Marinade mushrooms champignons (from my mother in low)

Ingredients:

• 2-3 Lbs Champignon small, washed. 1 kg.

Marinade (basic)

• 1 L of water

• 1 tbsp. of salt

• 3 tbsp. of sugar

• 5 tbsp. of white vinegar

• 2 bay leaves

• 3 corns of cloves

• 5 corns of black pepper

• 6 cloves of garlic, pilled, pressed

• ½ of cup of vegetable oil

Directions:

In the 4 L pot

1. Add 1 L of water

2. Add 1 tbsp. of salt

3. Add 3 tbsp. of sugar

4. Add 5 tbsp. of white vinegar

5. Add 2 bay leaves

6. Add 3 corns of cloves

7. Add 5 corns of black pepper

8. Boil it for 10 min

9. Add washed mushrooms

10. Pressed garlic and add ½ of cup of vegetable oil

11. Mixed well

12. Placed in the refrigerator over night

13. Split to the 1 L jars and store in the refrigerator.
