Potato pancakes cook from grated or ground potato, flour and egg, often flavored with grated onion and seasoning with black pepper. This colourful dish, looks like Sun, usually topped with sour cream. The good accomplish of this dish is a roasted pork rib. I cooked it with air grill for 30 Min.

• 6 medium, Russet potatoes, peeled 800 g / 2 Lbs
• 2 heads of onion, peeled, chopped 200 g / ½ LBS
• 1 egg, 60 g /
• 2 tbsp. of flour
• Salt and black pepper for seasoning
• 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil for frying


1. Grate potatoes and onions
2. In the medium bowl whisk together potatoes, onions, flower, egg, salt and black pepper.
3. Heat large fry pan with vegetable oil over medium.
4. Fry formed with big spoon pancakes till browning for 2-3 Min. for each sides
5. Serve warm, with desired toppings, I like it with sour cream.
