It is another version of green cabbage salad. In this case with tomato. Tomato adds some sour and their own flavour. The low calories is another benefit of this salad. It is good to serve with any meet dishes. Or just with real “homemade” style good bread.

Salad with Cabbage, Cucumber and Tomato

Ingredients:

for 3 servings:

• ¼ of the small head Green Spring Cabbage, thinly sliced 150 g /

• 1-2 small field cucumber or ¼ of hot house, half-moon sliced 150 g /

• 1 bunch of baby dill, chopped

• 1-2 tomatoes, sliced 150 g /

• ¼ a head of onion, thinly sliced 50 g /

• 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil

• ½ tbsp. of white vinegar

• 1 pinch of salt to test

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients

2. Add salt and vegetable oil

3. Mix one more

4. Enjoy
