I like to have this version of salad in spring season, when new cabbage just start. Spring cabbage gives the gentle taste of green. And also it is low calories.

Salad with Green Cabbage and Cucumber

Ingredients:

for 2 serves:

• ¼ of the small head Green Yung Cabbage, thinly sliced 150 g /

• 1-2 small cucumber or ¼ of hot house, half-moon sliced 150 g /

• 1 bunch of baby dill, chopped

• ¼ a head of onion, thinly sliced 50 g /

• 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise (option, or 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil)

• 1 pinch of salt to test

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients

2. Add salt and mayonnaise

3. Mix one more

4. Enjoy
