Low calories salad with light garlic flavour allows you to have a green on your table and do not much worry of your diet. Easy to cook and nice taste for tasteless green salad.

Salad with Lettuce and Cucumber.

Salad with Lettuce and Cucumber.

Ingredients:

for 2 serves:

• 7-10 leaves of lettuce, red leaf salad, torn 150 g /

• 1-2 small field cucumber or ¼ of hot house, half-moon sliced 150 g /

• 1 bunch of baby dill, chopped

• 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil

• ½ tbsp. of white vinegar

• 1-2 cloves of garlic, pressed

• 50 ml of cold boiled water

• 1 tsp of salt

• ½ tsp of sugar

Directions:

1. Mix green salad, sliced cucumber and chopped baby dill ingredients

For dressing:

2. Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil, 1-2 cloves of pressed garlic, ½ tbsp. of white vinegar and 50 ml of water and whip well with folk.

3. Add dressing to the salad and mix

4. Enjoy
