This fresh appetizer is easy, impressive and a deliciously fresh way to start a meal. It is ideal for those who want to eat raw light food. Just watch the freshness of salmon.

Salmon carpaccio


• 200 g fresh salmon, sashimi grade, sliced with sharp knife
• 3 tbsp. olive oil
• 1-2 gloves garlic, sliced
• 3 tbsp. soy sauce
• 2 tbsp. lemon concentrate (or half fresh lemon)
• Green onion, chopped
• Black pepper to test


1. On the flat plate place sliced salmon (0.5 cm thin)
2. Add 3 tbsp. of olive oil to the fry pan
3. Heat it and add sliced garlic
4. Light golden garlic
5. Chill out a pan with golden garlic in olive oil
6. Add 3 tbsp. soy sauce
7. Add 2 tbsp. lemon concentrate
8. Mix with folk
9. Pour mixture into plate with salmon
10. Add chopped green onion
11. Add grinded black pepper
12. Place into refrigerator for 30 minutes
