This is light, easy cook fish soup can satisfied any picky gourmet. Cooked with fresh vegetable and delicate salmon, it is allow us to enjoy the delicious fish soup.
Salmon Fish Soup
Ingredients:
For 3 L pot
• Add 2 L of water
• ½ of the head of onion, well chopped 80 g /
• ½ of the carrot half-moon sliced 80 g /
• 2 potatoes, Russet, peeled, cubes 200 g /
• 1 tomato, peeled, chopped 150 g /
• 1 bell pepper, sliced 50 g /
• 2-3 cloves of garlic, smashed, sliced
• Salt and black pepper to test
• 1 bay leaf
• 150-200 g of salmon, skinless, cubes
• 50 g of any white vine (option)
• 1 bunch of baby dill, chopped
Directions:
In the 3 L pot
1. Add water 2.5 L of water
2. Add potato, carrot, onion and cook it until potato will be soft for 20-25 min.
3. Add tomato and bell pepper and cook another 10 min
4. Add salt and black pepper to taste
5. Add bay leaf
6. Add garlic
7. Add white vine (option)
8. Turn off the stove and add salmon
9. Add baby dill
10. After 15 min. amazing salmon fish soup is ready for serve
