The dish is from my friends. The salmon is hard to fry and have the juicy one. The dry cooked salmon becoming very juicy and with an interesting taste and flavour.

Salmon with Panko bread and coconut crumbs

- fry pan
Ingredients
- 2 tsp coconut crumbs unsweet
- ⅔ cup Pankobread crumbs 40 g
- 4 pieces pieces fresh, nice, boneless, skinless salmon 600 g
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
- 5 tsp spicy sauce (option)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Take 4 pieces boneless, skinless salmon, Sprinkle lime juice,salt and black pepper on it.
- Mix together 2 tsp. of coconut crumbles crumbs, unsweet and 2/3 cupof Panko bread crumbs
- Each piece of salmon cover with mix
- Preheat the fry pan (should be hot) and add 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
- Fry salmon 2-3 minutes for each side and 2minutes at the end under the lid
- Sprinkle with 5 tbsp. of your lovely spicy sauce before serve (if you like spicy)
