This delicious spice soup is saving not only time, because cooking fast, but utilise some ingredients, what could be left after party. I like this soup for sour test and perfect flavour of smoke meat. All ingredients are perfectly matching.

• 300-400 g of smoke meat or sausages (3-4) different kinds will be fine, thinly sliced. I used the smoke cocktail sausages and smoke pork meat.
• 2 medium Russet potatoes, peeled, cubes 250 g /
• 1 head of onion, peeled, chopped
• 1 small carrot, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp. of tomato paste
• 2-3 cucumber pickles, thinly sliced
• 1 can of sliced black olives (drain liquid) 400 ml /
• 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil for fry
• Salt and black pepper to season (option, could be enough from smoked ingredients)
• 1 bay leaf
• 2-3 glove of garlic, thinly chopped (option)
• 1 lemon (½ for soup, another ½ for serve)
• Parsley for serve, thinly chopped
• 1 tbsp. of sour cream for serve


For 3 L pot
1. Add 2 L of water
2. Add potatoes
3. Add smoked meat and (or) sausages
4. Add ½ onion
5. Keep stove on the medium heat and cook mixtures till potatoes tendered (20-25 min)
Separately cook mixture:
6. The same time on the small fry pan add vegetable oil and keep stove on the medium heat
7. Add onion and brown it (5 min.)
8. Add carrot and fry another 5 min.
9. Add pickles and tomato paste
10. Mix with carrot, onion and fry another 5 min., mixing time to time (do not allow tomato paste to burn slightly)
11. When potatoes in the pot are ready, add mixture from the pan to the pot and mix well.
12. Cook it for another 10 min.
13. Add salt, ground black pepper (option, could be enough from smoked ingredients)
14. Add bay leaf
15. Add sliced black olives
16. Add Juice from ½ of the lemon
17. Add parsley
18. Add garlic
19. Turn off the stove and in 15 min. the perfect aroma of cooked soup will signal you to start enjoy it.
