Soup with Meatballs

Ingredients:

For base:
For 4 L pot
• 2 Russet potatoes peeled small cubes (350 g / 12 oz.)
• 1 carrot peeled sliced (option: cubes, julienned), (150 g / 5.3 oz.)
• 1 onion small peeled chopped (150 g / 5.3 oz.)
• 1 bell pepper seedless sliced (150 g / 5.3 oz.)
• Salt, black pepper and bay leaf to season
For meatballs:
• 500 g / 18 oz. grinded meat (chicken breast or pork low fat)
• 1 onion peeled, well chopped (100 g / 3.5 oz.)
• 2 cloves garlic peeled, pressed (10 g / 0.3 oz.)
• Parsley well chopped (30 g / 1 oz.)
• Salt, black pepper to taste

Directions:

In the 4L pot add 3L of cold water and boiled it.
1. Add 2 Russet potatoes small cubes, 1 carrot peeled sliced and 1 onion small peeled chopped
2. Simmer it until potatoes will be tendered
Meatballs:
1. Add to the 3L bowl 500 g / 18 oz. ground meat
2. Add 1 onion peeled, well chopped
3. Add 2 cloves garlic peeled, pressed
4. Parsley well chopped
5. Add Salt and Black pepper to taste.
6. Mix well with your hands to combine.
7. Form into meatballs about 2.5 cm (1") in diameter
8. Add formed meat balls to the simmered pot
9. Add bay leaf
10. Cook it for 20-25 min until meat balls flow up
Serve with chopped baby dill

Do not live the bay leaf in the cooked dish.
