Someone names it Fettuccini, but follow of what I cooked it is Tagliatelle with salmon and white sauce similar to Alfredo, but without parmesan cheese. The taste is delicious, gentle texture with note of seafood. White wine will point the taste.

This special dinner dish with creamy salmon Tagliatelle is a rich and flavorful dish that seems like it would take a lot of effort to make. In real it doesn’t. In 30 min you can cook an impressive meal for guests or your lovely family. It is a simple dish with the spirit of Sunny Italy.


Pasta with Salmon


You can add cheese in to this dish. For me cream and baby dill is enough to enjoy the taste of Italian cuisine.

Tagliatelle al Salmone

Tagliatelle (Fettuccini) Pasta with Salmon (Tagliatelle al Salmone )


• 8 oz. of Tagliatelle pasta 220 g /
• Two stakes of salmon (I used pink) 200 g /
• 1 cup of heavy cream 30 % 250 ml /
• 2-3 gloves of garlic
• 1 bell pepper 150 g/
• 1 bunch of baby dill or
• 1 tbsp. of Italian Spices (option)
• 1 tomato, peeled, well chopped (option) 150 g/ 4 oz
• 1 tbsp. of olive oil
• Salt to taste
For marinade (option):
• 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp. of olive oil


(Option) Marinade Salmon
1. Cut salmon in cubes 2.5x2.5 cm / 1?x1?
2. Add salt to taste
3. Add 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
4. Place it into refrigerator for 20 min.
1. Cook the Tagliatelle pasta as “al dente” according to the package directions. When finished, drain it (do not rinse) and return it to the pot.
2. In the deep fry pot
3. Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil
4. Add well chopped garlic
5. Add sliced bell pepper
6. Add well chopped tomato (option)
7. Stew mixture for 10 min with medium heat.
8. Add salmon (either marinated or not , but cubes)
9. Fry salmon with vegetable mixture for 2 min on high heat and continually mix
10. Reduce heat to low and stew another 5-7 min.
11. Add heavy cream, mix
12. Add chopped baby dill or Italian Spices (as an option)
13. Add salt to taste
14. Stew it for 1 min with low heat. Do not allow to boil.
15. Add Tagliatelle pasta to the mixture. Pasta should absorb the sauce.
16. Gently mix and keep for 2-3 min. under the lid.
Serve warm.
Very good match with lite summer salad (tomato, cucumber and onion, vinegar and vegetable oil)
