It is simple, incredibly delicious and always a hit at any party. If you’re having people over for the holidays, or I just to make warm your family, you won’t be disappointed with this tiramisu recipe.

Ingredients:

• 3 egg yolks
• 3 tbsp. of white sugar
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
• 1 1/8 cups mascarpone cheese 200 g /
• 1 cup of cream 250 g / (option)
• 16 ladyfingers Italian savoiardi cookies, each split into half to fit the glass
• 1 1/2 cups brewed coffee or coffee liqueur, cooled
• 1 tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp. of ground black chocolate
• 24 raspberries for decoration and taste

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, beat yolks with sugar, vanilla and 2 tsp. of coffee liqueur until smooth and light yellow. About 2-5 min.
2. Add mascarpone spoon by spoon into yolk mixture and beat another 2 min until smooth.
3. Separately whip cream
4. Add whipped cream to the mixture and gently mix
For each glass (container)
5. On the small plate mix coffee espresso with coffee liqueur
6. Dip 2 ladyfingers briefly (each split into half to fit the glass) in coffee or coffee liqueur and fold it into the glass
7. Add prepared mixture to the half of the glass
8. Dip another 2 ladyfingers briefly in coffee or coffee liqueur and fold it into the glass on top of the mixture
9. Add prepared mixture almost to the edge of the glass
10. Sprinkle with cocoa and ground chocolate and decorate with raspberries
11. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
