Tasty colorful appetizer.
It is good as an appetizer as a side dish.
• 1 eggplant, cubic (250 g)
• 3 bell peppers, seedless, sliced (250 g)
• 1 onion (100 g)
• 2 cloves of garlic (10 g)
• 2 tbsp. olive oil for frying
1. Cubic eggplant,
2. Salt eggplant and live for 30 Min.
3. Wash cubic salted eggplant from salt and dry with paper towel
4. Fry cubic eggplant with medium heat till tender
5. Brown separately onion
6. Add to the onion pressed garlic (1 Min. before end)
7. Fry separately bell pepper
8. Combine all ingredients
Good to serve salad warm in the warmed plate
